Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, restaurant name, and physical address provided during sign-up.
Reservation & Customer Data: Customer names, contact numbers, table assignments, allergen warnings, preferences, and visit logs entered by your staff into the system.
Usage Data: Server logs, IP addresses, browser types, and system performance metrics when accessing our Cloudflare Workers application.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To configure and manage your store accounts and table layout setup.
To facilitate reservation tracking and guest profile logging.
To send invoices, process billing requests, and monitor payment status.
To improve system reliability and diagnose performance issues.
To prevent fraudulent activities and ensure data isolation between tenants.

3. Data Transfer and Storage

All data is securely stored within Cloudflare D1 distributed databases. Your data is isolated at the tenant level using strict database query scoping. We do not sell or share your information or your guests' personal details with third-party advertising networks.

4. Your Rights

Under PDPA (Thailand) and APPI (Japan), you have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request the deletion of your data. Please contact us via our official LINE account to exercise these rights.

Rezabo（以下「当サービス」）は、提供する予約管理システムおよびサービスの運用において、お客様の個人情報の保護に努めます。本方針は、当サービスが収集、利用、開示、および保護する情報について説明するものです。

アカウント情報: アカウント作成時に提供される氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、店舗名、住所。
予約および顧客データ: スタッフがシステムに入力する顧客名、連絡先電話番号、テーブル割り当て、アレルギー情報、お好みの席、来店履歴などの顧客カルテ情報。
利用ログデータ: システムアクセス時のサーバーログ、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、パフォーマンス指標。

2. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用されます。

店舗アカウントの設定およびテーブルマップの構築支援。
予約管理および顧客プロフィールログ機能の提供。
請求書の発行、料金請求、および支払状況の管理。
システムの安定性向上および不具合の診断。
不正行為の防止およびテナント間のデータ隔離の担保。

3. データの保管と第三者提供について

すべてのデータは、Cloudflare D1 分散データベースに安全に保管されます。厳格なクエリ制限により、各店舗のデータは完全に隔離されています。当サービスはお客様およびその顧客の個人情報を、広告目的などのために第三者へ販売または提供することはありません。

4. お客様の権利
